How It Works
InsurBond (IM) is a software application designed for insurance intermediaries (IIs). Its goal is to provide IIs with a marketing system that will exponentially improve their results.
Key Features
IM focuses on relationships and leverages AI (Artificial Intelligence) to enhance performance.
Core Entities
The system is built around four key entities:
A. Individuals
This includes all clients and potential clients, as well as any other person who may influence decisions, directly or indirectly.
B. Groups
Any collection of individuals united by a common purpose. Examples include businesses, associations, families, and households.
C. Products
Includes insurance policies, whether as general descriptions or customized agreements between contracting parties.
D. Events
We use the term "events" untranslated, as no single English word fully captures its meaning here. An event is anything that has happened, is happening, or will happen, such as a purchase, birth, phone call, meeting, promotion, or accident.
Relationships Between Entities
These four entities are connected through six types of relationships:
- Individuals – Groups
- Individuals – Products
- Individuals – Events
- Groups – Products
- Groups – Events
- Products – Events
Example: Suppose an individual works for a company, holds Policy A, and has a meeting scheduled with us tomorrow at 2 PM. This scenario involves three relationships:
- Individual – Group (the company)
- Individual – Product (the insurance policy)
- Individual – Event (the meeting)
Each entity in a relationship plays a specific role. In the example above, the roles for the Individual – Group relationship would be employee – employer.
User Input & Marketing Benefits
For the system to work effectively, the insurance intermediary must input details about the entities and their relationships.
Even this simple act of data entry enhances the user's marketing skills. The systematic effort to identify and record relationships reshapes thinking—making it more productive and effective.
AI-Powered Assistance
The AI assistant allows the insurance intermediary to ask questions or present challenges in an input field, receiving highly relevant answers within about a minute.
How to Use AI
To get responses specific to an entity, the user must first select the entity and then enter their request.
Examples:
- "How can I promote an auto insurance policy to X?"
- "What should I recommend to…?"
- "Write an email for…"
- "Create a phone script for…"
By selecting an entity, the system passes not only its details to the AI but also all related entities (if relationships have been created).
With this rich context, along with global knowledge and specific instructions tailored to its role as an assistant for insurance intermediaries, the AI delivers the best possible response.
Privacy & AI Interaction
- ✅ Your questions and answers are NOT stored in our system.
- ✅ This AI does NOT engage in conversations—each response is independent.
- ✅ If you need more details on a previous response, you must copy it and include it in your next request.
Getting Started
You can start working with the AI in two ways:
- From the Guided Mode
- Directly by entering information in "My Records" and asking questions in "Ask the AI"
